What's Exhibit Flow?
Exhibit Flow is a Windows desktop application that offers a suite of PDF document prep solutions. First, our app lets you customize, append, and even replace cover pages (slip sheets) for exhibits (and other documents) in batches. Choose Exhibits 1 through 100 and watch as 100 uniquely numbered and user-formatted cover pages get added to each exhibit all at once.
Our app can also add PDF exhibit stickers for deposition and trial en masse, using the same sort of automated workflow. And if you need to create exhibit lists or appellate appendices, it can do that -- and various other tasks -- too.

How Does It "Know" Which Cover Page/Sticker to Append?
Our app creates cover pages (slipsheets) and exhibit stickers for exhibits and a range of other exhibit-like documents (e.g., addenda, attachments, annexes, appendices, and supplements) by first "reading" the files names of each PDF you select. It then creates and merges in unique cover pages (or appends unique exhibit stickers) reflecting each exhibit's alphanumeric identifier on a batched basis -- processing all of your files with the click of a button.
Exhibit Flow knows that "Appendix C.pdf" needs a cover page stating "Appendix C," "Ex. 65 Memo.pdf" needs a cover page stating "Exhibit 65," and so on. Exhibit Flow uses those same reading comprehension skills to create exhibit stickers, exhibit lists, tables of content, and PDF bookmarks.
