Exhibit Flow is easy-to-use software for Windows and Mac that makes PDF document prep fast and easy.
Our app lets you customize and add digital exhibit stickers to your files in batches. Choose Exhibits 1 through 100 and watch as 100 uniquely numbered (or lettered) digital exhibit stickers get added across each PDF all at once.
Our software lets you customize and add slipsheets (cover pages) for exhibits (and other documents) in batches too, using the same sort of automated workflow. And if you need to create exhibit lists or appellate appendices, it can do that -- and various other tasks -- too.

How Does the App "Know" Which Exhibit Sticker or Slipsheet to Add to Each File?
Our software creates digital exhibit stickers (exhibit labels) or slipsheets (cover pages) for exhibits and a range of other exhibit-like documents (e.g., addenda, appendices, and supplements) by first "reading" the files names of each PDF you select. It then creates and adds unique exhibit stickers or exhibit slipsheets reflecting each exhibit's alphanumeric identifier on a batched basis -- processing all of your files with the click of a button. Exhibit Flow can add hundreds of exhibit stickers or slipsheets to your files in seconds.
Exhibit Flow knows that "Appendix C.pdf" needs a slipsheet stating "Appendix C," "Ex. 65 Memo.pdf" needs an exhibit sticker reading "Exhibit 65," and so on. Exhibit Flow uses those same reading comprehension skills to create exhibit lists, tables of content, and PDF bookmarks.
