Is Exhibit Flow available for Windows and Mac?

Yes, Exhibit Flow's easy-to-use webapp is available for both Windows and Mac.  Our webapp process all files locally--you never upload any files to the internet.  Our classic desktop software is still only available for Windows but we think the webapp is the future and has all the core features (exhibit stickers, slipsheets, appendix wizard, exhibit list creator, Bates labeler, etc.).   In fact, our webapp has many features not available in the desktop version!  A subscription gets you access to both the webapp and desktop software.

Is Exhibit Flow easy to use?

Exhibit Flow is very easy to use.  Our software's intuitive user interface takes users through a separate, clearly prompted workflow for each task (whether it  be appending digital exhibit stickers, adding cover pages, etc.) which can be completed in a jiffy.   Unlike so much legal software, even the most tech-weary legal professionals can learn Exhibit Flow with ease.  No tutorial needed.

Does Exhibit Flow require Adobe Acrobat?

Nope.  Exhibit Flow does all its PDF processing without relying on Acrobat.  That means you don't have to worry about struggling with janky plug-ins or navigating Acrobat's layer cake of menus to use our software.

Can Exhibit Flow assist non-legal professionals?

Yes.  While designed for attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, and court reporters, Exhibit Flow can be used by other professionals who wrangle with exhibits.  For example, grant writers and real estate professionals may find value in the ability to mass-append cover pages to exhibits and perform other PDF automation tasks.

Does Exhibit Flow let me customize digital exhibit stickers and cover pages (slipsheets)?

Yes.  Exhibit Flow lets you add all sorts of descriptors, headers, footers, and the like to your exhibit stickers .  Our software lets you customize exhibit cover pages  as well (e.g., to add FILED UNDER SEAL, the case caption, etc.).

What does Exhibit Flow have that other legal automation software lacks?

It sure can.  Exhibit Flow performs its tasks on an automated basis thereby reducing the risks of human error attendant to the repetitive process of appending digital exhibit stickers and cover pages, creating exhibit lists, and so on.   ​

Where is my license key located?

​

Upon subscribing you will be taken to your user portal.  Your license key will be populated within the portal.  If you need to check the portal again (e.g., to manage your subscription or to copy your license key at a later date), the portal is here.

How do I resubscsribe?

 

If your prior subscription expired and you want to subscribe again, just purchase a new subscription with your existing account.  You will then get a new license key.  If you are installing Exhibit Flow on the same machine as before, make sure to delete the cache of your expired license key before reinstalling.  To do so, click Run in (Windows Key + R), type %appdata%, and find your Exhibit Flow folder, then delete the license cache file.
