Exhibit Flow's Digital Exhibit
Sticker Process
Add Digital Exhibit Stickers toYour PDF Exhibits Via a Single, Batched Process
1. Select all your exhibits. File names starting with Exhibit, Ex., Addendum, Appendix, Annex, Schedule, Rider, Enclosure, Supplement, JTX, PTX, and DTX will all work. You can also give the software exemplary file names to parse and it can "learn" simple filename patterns.
Our software accepts PDFs as well as common image formats (JPEG, TIFF, PNG, BMP) which will be converted to PDF automatically.

2. Choose your digital exhibit sticker settings.
-
Top Line Descriptor (e.g., Plaintiff or Defendant)
-
Prefix Before Exhibit No./Letter (e.g., SMITH-A or PTX-1)
-
Header and/or Footer (e.g., date or case caption)
-
Sticker Color
-
Sticker Position (use preset positions or, as noted below, preview each
PDF and move the sticker(s) to new locations) -
Add pagination (optional)
Or keep it as simple as you like (e.g., merely "Exhibit A").

3. Click preview to see where your exhibit stickers appear on each file. If you need to adjust the sticker location on any of your files, just drag and drop.
Then click generate and our app will append uniquely lettered/numbered digital exhibit stickers to your PDFs all at once, placing the finalized PDFs in your output folder.
Finally, if you want to save your exhibit sticker settings (so you can use the same sticker style again), Exhibit Flow lets you do that too.
