Free PDF Exhibit Sticker Tool
Free Mode
Check out Exhibit Flow's Free Mode here.
Exhibit Flow free mode lets you test out ALL the features of our app with watermarks generally added. However, for exhibit sticker mode you have access to a simplified, watermark-free version of our premium exhibit sticker tool.
Free Sticker Mode lets you add auto-incremented exhibit stickers to all your files via one-click, batch processing, although it has much less features than premium mode (e.g., free mode has no way to add party type like "Plaintiff's", header, footer, color, "Admitted" checkboxes, etc.) and has minimal branding on the left side.
In Free Sticker Mode the process is simple:
📁 Click Free/No Watermark Mode and Select your exhibits
📋 Reorder your files in the menu and rename them if needed (Exhibit Flow can even add filename prefixes like Ex. 1, Ex. 2, etc. that match the stickers). In Free Mode the exhibit number will always auto-increment up from 1. E.g., if the order you set is Complaint, Answer, Reply, then those files will get stickers numbered 1-3, respectively.
🔎 Preview the exhibits and adjust positioning (drag-and-drop) and exhibit size if needed
✨ Click Run Process to add numbered/lettered sticker to all your exhibits in a snap!
Why Go Premium?
An Exhibit Flow subscription gets you many more features and tools beyond exhibit stickers:
Highly Customizable Settings: 5 lines of sticker text, coloring, shapes, pagination, etc. You can even add vertical branding on the side of the sticker if you wish (good for court reporter marketing).
Auto-Convert Images to PDFs and Placeholders: Exhibit Flow can automatically convert common image types (e.g., JPEG) to PDF so you can add sticker or slipsheets to such files. And for odd filetypes (e.g., audio or video), Exhibit Flow can automatically create "Produced in Native Format" PDF placeholders in their place to which you can then add stickers or slipsheets.
More load modes: Exhibit Flow can do more than just auto-increment. It can also "read" filenames to determine the exhibit number/letter or add blank stickers so you can mark them at deposition.
Split Multi-Exhibit PDFs: Ever get handed a PDF that is a scan of multiple exhibits. In premium mode, you can put markers in the PDF to tell Exhibit Flow where each exhibit begins and then add stickers, and split the file into individual PDFs upon processing (or keep the exhibits merged but stickered if you prefer).
More Tools: Exhibit Flow isn't just stickers, it automates exhibit slipsheets (cover pages), appellate appendices, Bates labeling, and more.
