Splitting up Multi-Exhibit PDFs for Exhibit Stickers

Oftentimes court reporters and paralegals will be provided a single PDF scan consisting of all the exhibits used or to be used at a deposition. Splitting this up via Adobe or print-to-PDF is a clunky, time-intensive process. A single scan may have dozens of exhibits. What a pain!
Exhibit Flow's exhibit sticker tool saves the day. Just click manual mode and upload your PDF. A green button will then appear at the top of your screen giving you the option to split up your PDF into discrete exhibits. Users can then tell the app where each new exhibit starts. A user can then click "Split & Continue," and the app will then have each of the separated exhibits in the exhibit list at the bottom of the screen.
Users can then customize their stickers as needed and click preview to check and, as needed, adjust the size, positioning, and orientation of digital exhibit stickers as needed. Users can even rename the output exhibit PDFs and generate a zip file of each of the now-split PDFs.
And if you prefer the output to be a single merged PDF instead (this may be the preference of some court reporters), Exhibit Flow can merge the stickered exhibits into a single PDF too-- and even add PDF bookmarks indicating where each exhibit begins. PDF bookmarks allow for easy navigation of multi-exhibit files.
