What's New in Exhibit Flow for 2026

We've been busy at Exhibit Flow so far this year.

Earlier this year we launched our new Windows and Mac compatible version of Exhibit Flow. In addition to Exhibit Flow's classic exhibit sticker and slipsheet features, we've greatly expanded on our classic recipe. Exhibit Flow 5.1 is our most powerful version yet and includes a range of new features we added this year:

• More exhibit sticker customization: You can change exhibit size, shape, and orientation

• Blank exhibit stickers are now available for those who prefer to number exhibits at deposition or trial.

• Easier exhibit list generation. When adding exhibit stickers or slipsheets, you can now just check a button and Exhibit Flow will create a Word doc Exhibit List as part of your export too.

• Options to produce merged PDFs in sticker and slipsheet mode in addition to the classic option of individual PDF outputs.

• Streamlined file renaming. Load your files into Exhibit Flow, add stickers, and, at the same time the app stickers your files, have exhibit flow add numbered/lettered prefixes (e.g., PX.1, PX.2, and so on) to the start of each filename so your exhibits comes out ready-to-file.

• More options for page numbering, from filenames to suffix options.

• Automated descriptors for exhibit slipsheets (e.g., Exhibit Flow can read your file names, recognize that Ex. 99 Agreement of Sale and write "Agreement of Sale" below "Exhibit 99" on the slipsheet if you so choose.

• A new free sticker mode for non-subscribers to check out
